Delivery & Returns

We think you'll love your Tiny Colours order just as much as we loved packing it up for you. But if something’s not quite right, don’t worry! You can return your order or exchange, as long as it makes its way back to us within 14 days in its original condition and packaging.

  • United Kingdom

    For orders over £60 delivery is free. 48 hour tracked delivery (2-3 working days).

    £3.50 for orders under £60. 48 hour tracked delivery (2-3 working days).

    Please note that Tiny Colours does not accept responsibility for any additional taxes and duties incurred when shipping outside of the UK.

    Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control can delay the delivery date. We cannot accept any liability for loss or inconvenience resulting from such delays.

    You’re welcome to return any item from our website, as long as the following conditions are met:

    • Items must be in perfect, unused condition and in their original packaging.
    • Returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Returned items should be clean, unworn, and undamaged.
    • We can’t accept returns that are incomplete, damaged, or poorly repackaged.
    • If you’ve simply changed your mind, we won’t be able to refund original or return postage costs.

    Once you are happy to send your item(s) back to us, we advise the following:

    • Pack your item(s) securely.
    • Use a tracked or signed-for service and keep your proof of postage—we’re not responsible for lost returns.
    • Make sure your return reaches us within 14 days—we can’t process refunds after that. Once received, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method.

    Important notes:

    • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, you’ll need to cover the cost of resending it.
    • Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
    • If you prefer a refund in such cases, the original postage won’t be refunded.
  • We only replace items that are damaged or defective. We'll need clear evidence of the issue and may ask for more details. If the item or size you ordered is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund once we’ve received the return. Refunds are made to your original payment method.  

    All website items can be returned unless stated otherwise. Items must be:
    Unused, unworn, and in perfect, resaleable condition
    In original, undamaged packaging
    Returned within the time frame and clean  

    We cannot accept returns for damaged, incomplete, or deteriorated items.

  • Once your return is received and checked, if approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your parcel and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

  • If you want to cancel your order please notify us within 1 hour of the purchase online by emailing us hello@tinycolours.co.uk.


    If you notify us that you wish to cancel your order after it has shipped out, we will not refund the original shipping cost on your order and you may also incur an additional return to sender fee if it is issued by the courier or postal service used for your delivery. This return to sender fee is usually the same cost as your original postage charge.
  • We dispatch all orders within 2 days. We use a Royal Mail tracked courier service to send your parcels in the UK and overseas. We’ll email you to let you know when your order is dispatched.

  • Click on the account icon at the top of any page and follow the link 'create account'.

  • When signing into your account, click on the forgotten password link and you can reset form there.
