Who Can Shop With Us
Tiny Colours is made just for grown-ups who are buying lovely things for the little ones in their life. You need to be at least 18 years old to place an order.
Our Products
- We do our best to show and describe our clothing as accurately as possible, but colours and details may look a bit different depending on your screen.
- Everything is subject to availability – we try to keep our shop well-stocked, but sometimes things sell out quickly.
- Once you place an order, you’ll get a confirmation email – but we may need to cancel it (for example, if something's gone out of stock or if there’s a mix-up with pricing). We promise to let you know if that happens!
Prices & Payments
- All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT (yay for simplicity!).
- You’ll see any delivery charges at checkout before you pay.
- We accept most major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Just make sure it’s your own payment method (or that you have permission to use it).
Delivery
- We aim to pack and post your order within 3 working days.
- Delivery times vary based on where you are – we’ll keep you updated and send you a tracking number when we can.
- Once your parcel leaves us and is with the delivery service, it’s in their hands – but we’re always here to help if there’s a hiccup.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you order – but if it’s not quite right:
- You can return most items within 14 days of getting them.
- Items must be unworn, clean, and with the original tags and packaging.
